We visit every 4 weeks. Your first clean is a thorough deep clean, then we keep on top of things with regular monthly visits — preventing buildup and keeping your windows looking great all year round.

A water-fed pole is a telescopic brush head connected to a hose that delivers purified, heated water directly to your glass. Because all minerals are removed, the water dries naturally without leaving any spots or streaks — no squeegee, no ladders, no chemicals.

Do you work in rain or cold weather?

Yes. Our heated pure water system works well in all conditions. Rain doesn't affect the finish, and the hot water prevents freezing in colder months. We only pause for heavy storms or icy conditions, purely for safety.

Do you clean the frames and sills too?

Yes — glass, frames, and sills are all included as standard. Our brush and pure water system is excellent for UPVC frames, leaving them looking like new at no extra charge.

How do I pay?

Most customers set up a simple monthly standing order. We can also accept bank transfer or cash. Payment details are included on your invoice slip after each visit.
